A constant worry for people overweight is, I undersand, their weight. A lot of people want to lose some weight, but are not quite sure how to make it. Some know how to lose the weight, but do not care enough to actually take all the steps towards it. One thing which I know is for sure millions of people are looking on how to lose weight fast,but actually don't know how.












How? There are a million different practicies out there on how to lose weight fast,just in a few days. Some are complete myths, some are based in science, and the best are a combination of the two.

First, you need to know something called your “caloric maintenance”.I am almost more than sure that, you have probably seen all of this written "crazy" labels on boxes telling you how many calories are in a serving. Really, your body needs a certain amount of calories every day. If you eat over that, the body will have excess energy in it and will turn it into fat which isnot good. If you eat under that amount, your body will lack of energy. The body will actually take it from your fat storage somewhere!

That is the basis behind all weight loss – "calories in the body vs. calories out of the body".

Okay, in fact now that we have had a brief lesson, let’s talk how you can lose 10 pounds every month without any exercise, weird diets and things like that.

First, calculate your caloric maintenance. There are a lot calculators out there, just search. It will ask you for your age, gender, height,weight, and then give you the right answer. This is our first points.

A pound is equal to almost 3,500 calories. For a lot of people, your caloric maintenance will be nowhere around that. In order to burn these calories in a week (just one pound), you should eat 500 calories under  (that you calculated) every day. A pound a week is really good, but we are not here for pretty good we’re here for REALLY FAST weight loss!

Because of that, we are going to up the caloric deficit up to 1,000 per day. It means that if your maintenance is about 2,500 calories, you can only eat about 1,500 per day.

Make sure that you count your calories and hit this goal every single day. Do not go on junk food. Do not get too drunk – just one beer can have up to 200-300 calories. If you need to drink, just drink hard alcohol with "diet" soda as a chaser.

If you go over your caloric maintenance just for one day, don’t worry about that. You will not lose weight so fast, but it is not the end of the world,you get it. If you want to eat just over 1,000 calories under maintenance and still lose 2 pounds a week, add some exercises. Just 30 min on the treadmill can easily burn up to 500 calories per day.
